Wheelchairs and walkers are available on a complimentary, first-come first-served basis at Guest Services. Wheelchairs are also available in Shopper’s Drug Mart, The Bay (Rewards Counter) and Zellers (Customer Service)

Vehicles with permits may park in designated parking stalls near every entrance to the mall including; The Bay, Winner’s, Zeller’s and Old Navy. Automatic doors are located at all the main entrances to the mall. A passenger elevator is located in Centre Court.

Modern, comfortable and clean wheelchair accessible washrooms are available on all three levels of the mall. Mic Mac Mall also offers wheelchair accessible tables in the Food Court.
