Strollers

We want to make Mic Mac Mall convenient to get around in for all customers. Tall, little and everyone in between! For your convenience, we are pleased to provide free single, double and car seat strollers. Strollers are available at the Guest Service Centre on the Lower Level. Frequent use cards are also available for these services.

Parenting Rooms

Mic Mac Mall has three parent care rooms located on:

  • Level 2 – between men's and ladies washrooms
  • Level 3 – between men’s and ladies washrooms
  • Food Court, Level 3 – past the men’s and ladies public washrooms.


*Complimentary diaper packs are available at the Management Office and the Food Court – Level 3 and at the Guest Service Centre, Level 1.

 

High Chairs

We like to offer our customers all the comforts of home! That’s why you’ll find highchairs in our Food Court.

Coat/Parcel Check

This service is available at the Guest Service Centre, Level 1, located across from Cinnabon

Job Opportunity Board

This service is provided for Mic Mac Mall retailers who require staff. This board is located on Level 2 between Boathouse and Claire’s. Job postings are also available on-line, click HERE for all the latest retail opportunities.

Paging

Paging is available at the Guest Service Centre for lost or separated people, seniors, and young children and their families.

Lost and Found

Found items are dropped off at the Guest Service Centre. After 30 days, Lost and Found items are donated to an appropriate charity. Whenever possible, owners of items with some form of identification are traced.

If cash is found, the name of the person who found the money is taken and if not claimed after 60 days, is contacted to pick it up. If they do not wish to keep it, it is donated to a local charity.

Non-Profit Organization Bulletin Board

Located on the 2nd Level between Boathouse and Claire’s this locked board is available to non-profit groups wishing to advertise an event. Please take your material to the Mall Management Office on Level 3 for posting.

Post Office

A full service post office is located on Level 1 in Shopper's Drug Mart.

Metro Transit

Bus stop is located at the back of the mall – behind Winner’s. For transit schedules and route maps please visit Metro Transit.
