Return Policy: We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales tag attached. With original sales receipt: within 45 days of date of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. After 45 days, a full refund will be provided in the form of a merchandise credit (you must present a valid picture ID such as a driver's license or government issued ID. We will use this information for return processes, auditing, and quality control, merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward payment of credit cards. Without the original sales receipt: you will receive the current sale price of the merchandise in the form of a merchandise credit. With a Gift Certificate: you will receive a full refund in the form of a merchandise credit. Price adjustments: we offer a one-time price adjustment on full price purchases only, within 7 days of the date shown on the original sales receipt and in the country of original purchase. We will be glad to ship merchandise purchased in our store to any address within Canada. A shipping fee will apply for each individual box. This fee will be collected at the time of purchase. Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.
