Return Policy:
Returns with an original sales receipt: unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned at any time. Items may be returned for any other reason within 14 days after the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment.
Returns without a receipt: Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned at any time. Refunds are based on the current selling price. A merchandise exchange, merchandise certificate, or mail cheque will be issued for all refunds over $5. A mail cheque will be issued for all refunds over $100. Please present a valid photo ID.
Price Adjustments: We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of purchase. We reserve the right to withhold from reselling returned merchandise.
